Finally, a feeling of guilt about my lack of physical fitness made me join in a friend’s session with Michal – and I got hooked!
Michal doesn’t make me feel self-conscious. He always applies the right balance of pressure and encouragement to keep me going. No small feat for someone who has as much baggage around physical activity as I have/had.
Every session is uniquely tailored to your abilities and your level of motivation. Michal is not only interested in pushing you to get stronger. He is not only about holding the plank for longer and longer and longer. Thanks to his attention to improving overall posture I am learning as well to avoid future back and joint problems.
