a career change; a new demanding job; and I had decided, after a 2 year break in exercising, to get fit again.
I worked out hard and furious as much as I could. However, I was constantly suffering from injuries, forced myself to just “push through” the pain and continue to train.
When I started training with Michal, he introduced me to a more holistic approach to exercise. He made me understand that maintaining flexibility is just as important as strength. I noticed a huge difference within weeks after we started combining training with massage and Pilates based exercises.
His knowledge of nutrition has also meant that I am now better educated in avoiding sugar highs and lows which I used to struggle with a lot. Michal has created a tailor made plan for me that sustainable and suits my lifestyle. I feel all the better for it!
