Michal keeps every session exciting by introducing new exercises, building on ones he has previously taught me, mixing it up with weights, boxing, running, skipping and suspension training. It is never boring!

He is extremely knowledgeable about diet and nutrition and incorporates discussions on progress, diet and general wellbeing into every session.
Thanks to Michal exercise is now an activity that I regularly enjoy.
