and continued for several years afterwards, throughout my pregnancy (up to 38 weeks!) and am now working with him to get back into shape after the birth.
He makes the workouts different each time, keeping me on my toes mentally and physically, and I trust him to know just how much to push me.
Plus working out in the park is much more fun than in the gym! Training with Michal is tough but always rewarding and a jolly good time.
